Description
A monocultivar extra virgin olive oil from Olivastra Seggianese that respects the “Seggiano Dop” specification. It is made from exclusively green olives, harvested from the first days of October until October the 20th. It represents the maximum expression of the Olivastra Seggianese Cultivar, it releases intense aromas and flavours, a strong taste for the most audacious palates.
